1. In what format(s) I will receive my translation?

We can deliver almost all formats including MS Word, MS Excel, XML, SGML, HTML, PDF, Access tables, Database files and so on. For end users, we can prepare your translation in three formats without any extra charge: MS Word Document, Qualified Farsi and or English PDF and HTML (Unicode UTF-8) files useful for websites.

2. When will you deliver my translation?

In most of the cases we negotiate with our customers to reach an agreement.

3. How do you count the words?

Trados analysis and MS Word word counter.

4. I see your prices are very cheap. Why it is so? Will this affect quality?

As a translator, I prefer to have translation works for all my team, all the business days in a month, not random works with high prices.

5. Where can I see your fees and language pairs?

6. I am hesitant. Can you introduce some of your customers?

Sure. 7. What are the payment details?

We accept credit card and direct deposit and wiring money to our bank accounts in London, United Kingdom, UAE and Malaysia. Please write us for account number and details if you do not want to pay using your credit card.

8. I want to see my order status?

If you have paid by credit card, you have received a copy of your order via email along with your order ID. You can see your order status in Order Section

9. Is there any cancellation and refund option?

Yes, with our agreement, we can cancel your order or refund your payment at any time before the translation.

10. Oh. I forgot. How about sample?

We can translate around one paragraph of your translation job in order to let you see our output and quality. Various samples from previous projects are available also.

11. OK. I am a new customer. How should I start?

Please first contact us and tell us your project details, turn around and so on. We will arrange how to start.
