In what format(s) will I receive my translation?
We can deliver translation in almost all formats including MS Word, MS Excel, XML, SGML, HTML, PDF, Access tables,
Database files and so on. We can work with converted files in CAT tools like SDL Trados Studio and etc.
For end users, we can prepare your translation in
three formats without any extra charge: MS Word Document, Farsi and/or English PDF
and HTML (Unicode UTF-8) files for your websites.
When will you deliver my translation?
We can meet any deadline in short jobs but for large projects, we mainly assign
specific daily/weekly capacity to the customers. They can expect for example
10,000 words per week with in advanced arrangements.
How do you count the words?
The analysis report from CAT Tools is the basis for the calculation. MS Word counter is also accepted.
Your prices are very cheap. Why is it so? Will this affect quality?
As a translator, I prefer to have translation works for all my team, all the business days in a month, not random works with high prices.

What are the payment details? Is there any minimum charge?
You can pay our invoices via Bank transfer, PayPal, Skrill Moneybookers and Western Union. Transfer fees are negotiable.
Our minimum charge is 20 USD per job.

If you have paid by credit card, you have received a copy of your order via email along with your order ID.

Is there any cancellation and refund option?
Only before the start of the translation, it is possible to cancel your order. Any associated cost will be charged.
